Dear fellow students,

The recent sporadic cases of COVID-19 in China have been increasing. As of May 27, there are 23 medium-risk areas in the country. They include Huixinge (Longjin Street), the east part of Heyuan Xiaoqu in Liwan District in Guangzhou and some areas in Liaoning and Anhui Provinces. In recent days, several confirmed cases and COVID-19 positive cases have been reported in Liwan District and Haizhu District of Guangzhou. COVID-19 No-Symptom case has also been reported in Foshan.The epidemic still exists, the epidemic situation is complicated and we must stay alert! Let’s trust science and improve our self-protection: refrain from unnecessary going out; avoid gathering in crowds; wear a mask; wash our hands frequently; and strengthen our body’s resistance to diseases. Students who live out of campus must cooperate with the community to participate in the nucleic acid test if there is a request, and should also inform the teacher of the test results. If you have any questions or requests, please do not hesitate to contact the Students’ Affairs Office. Everyone is responsible for fighting the epidemic. 近期国内新冠肺炎疫情零星散发病例持续增多。截止5月27日，全国疫情中风险地区有24个，包括广东省广州市荔湾区龙津街锦龙汇鑫阁、广州市荔湾区鹤园小区东片以及辽宁省、安徽省部分地区。目前，广州市荔湾区、海珠区已发现几例确诊及新冠肺炎核酸阳性人员，佛山也出现了新冠病毒无症状感染者

疫情尚未结束，抗疫形势依旧复杂，我们仍然不能大意！

请同学们相信科学、加强防护，非必要不出门，不聚集，戴口罩、勤洗手，增强身体抵抗力。请在中国境内的同学配合政府的各项防疫要求。如有需求，住在校外的同学务必配合社区要求参加全员核酸检测，并把检测结果告知老师。大家有任何疑问和需要，请随时联系学工办的老师。
